NEU Affiliation

At the 2025 NEU Annual Conference, delegates representing approximately 500,000 NEU members democratically voted in an overwhelming majority to affiliate to the Disarm Education campaign. This is a clear commitment from education workers across the country to make an unwavering commitment to internationalism and to stop all ties with arms companies in our schools and colleges.

District Affiliations

The following NEU Districts have affiliated to Disarm Education. This resolves districts to enquire about links to arms companies in schools/colleges in the district, to distribute digital and physical organising resources to all workplace reps, to support reps in their workplaces to campaign against the presence of arms companies in their schools and to include training in District meetings.
